   2.1. All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
   2.2. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
   2.3. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order using the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are currently processed through OnePay.

3. Shipping and Delivery
   3.1. We deliver to locations within Sri Lanka. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
   3.2. Estimated delivery time will be provided at checkout. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
   3.3. Delivery charges (if any) will be added to your order at checkout.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide supporting photos where applicable.

4.2. Return eligibility, exclusions, exchanges, return shipping, and refund processing are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.

4.3. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Processing time may also depend on the payment provider.

5. User Accounts
   5.1. You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
   5.2. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms.

Business Identity

This website is operated by WeOnDy Solutions, No. 155/1, Kurunduwaththa Road, Diyagama, Kiriwaththuduwa 10208, Sri Lanka. References to “WeOnDy”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean WeOnDy Solutions.

Overseas Orders and Delivery Area

Customers may place and pay for orders from Sri Lanka or another country. Physical products are delivered only to addresses within Sri Lanka. Acceptance of an overseas payment does not mean that international delivery is available.

Prices are displayed in Sri Lankan rupees unless stated otherwise. A customer using a foreign payment method may incur currency-conversion charges or other fees imposed by their bank or payment provider.

Delivery

Orders are normally delivered within 2–5 working days after dispatch. Delivery estimates may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. The customer must provide accurate recipient, telephone and Sri Lankan delivery-address information.
