Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We also accept returns of opened items within 14 days if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging (when possible)
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Digital products
  • Sale items (unless defective)
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at your email/+9476 649 6646 to initiate the return process.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package Your Return: Securely package the item(s) with all original materials and include your RMA number.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send your return to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Timeframe:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Credit card refunds typically appear on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles.

Refund Methods:

  • Original payment method: We will issue refunds to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Store credit: In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a monetary refund.

Refund Deductions:

The following may be deducted from your refund amount:

  • Shipping costs (original shipping charges are non-refundable)
  • Restocking fees (10% for unopened items returned for reasons other than defects)
  • Damages or missing parts

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  2. Provide photos of the damaged/defective product
  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in cases where:

  • You received an incorrect item
  • The item was damaged or defective upon arrival

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the timeframe mentioned above:

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank (it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted)
